1. Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes! We provide worldwide shipping to over 200 countries.
However, there may be some locations we are unable to deliver to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we’ll contact you directly.
2. Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped.
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.
3. Shipping Time
3.1. Standard Shipping
Shipping times vary by location. These are our estimated delivery times (excluding our 7-day production time):

For customers who prefer faster delivery and additional peace of mind, we offer Express Shipping with Insurance — our premium shipping option designed to provide speed, security, and guaranteed protection.
Faster Delivery
Express Shipping with Insurance reduces the transit time significantly compared to Standard Shipping.
While Standard Shipping typically takes 16–28 days, our Express option delivers within 12–21 days (production time not included).
Guaranteed Delivery Protection
This option includes full delivery insurance.
If your package does not arrive within 21 days after being shipped (excluding our 7-day production time), we’ll refund or resend the item at no cost to you — no questions asked.
Low Additional Cost
We believe peace of mind should be accessible.
That’s why Express Shipping with Insurance is priced only slightly higher than Standard Shipping, giving you faster delivery and full protection for just a small additional fee.
4. Do You Provide Tracking Information?
Yes!
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 10 business days, please contact us.
5. My Tracking Says “No Information Available.”
For some shipping carriers, tracking information may take up to 7 business days to update on the system.
If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there’s still no update on your tracking number, please reach out to us — we’ll be happy to assist.
6. Will My Items Be Shipped in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you requested combined shipping.
You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each package if that happens.
